In 2012, Shandong Administration for Industry and Commerce started to build the internal and external networks (phase I construction). 

In 2014, the upgrading of the internal and external networks of the Provincial Bureau and the planning and construction of website groups of 17 local and municipal bureaus (phase II construction) were completed. 

At present, a relatively comprehensive function and application has been constructed, including: government information disclosure system, public interaction system, online service system, intelligent search system, instant messaging system, mobile portal, mobile app, barrier free website, government microblog, etc. 

The second level column design adopts the way of module preview, which can effectively reduce the search time of column information. 

It integrates the service data resources of the industry and commerce system of the whole province, displays and inquires by classification, constructs the scene service system, and integrates the online service platform of the industry and Commerce Bureau of Shandong Province, the enterprise credit information publicity system and other business systems to form the service system of the industry and commerce system of the whole province. 

A comprehensive interactive communication system has been built, including online consultation, public opinion collection, online investigation, online interview, common problems, as well as consumption complaints, case reports, 12315 hotline with the characteristics of industrial and commercial administration.
