The 4th KeChuang HuiLian Artificial Intelligence Development Summit Forum and "Belt and Road" Enterprise Going Global Summit Forum was successfully concluded on March 19th at the International Conference Center of Zhongguancun Software Park in Beijing. The summit was opened on March 18th and lasted for two days. It is the fourth national artificial intelligence development summit forum held continuously since the first KeChuang HuiLian Artificial Intelligence Development Summit Forum in 2020. This forum was hosted by the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Public Safety Communication Committee of the China Institute of Communications, the China-Arab States Technology Transfer Center, and the China-Austria Artificial Intelligence Belt and Road Joint Laboratory. It was organized by Beijing Zhongke Huilian Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Zhongguancun Software Park Development Co., Ltd., with support from the China Commercial Joint-Stock Enterprises Economic Federation, Jiuxian Network Technology Co., Ltd., and Asia Jie Commerce Chamber.

The summit invited more than 500 people from various government departments, industry-leading companies, and experts and academicians in various fields to attend the offline event. The summit was fully live-streamed online through six video platforms, including CCTV, Xinhua News Agency Cloud, Phoenix Network, WeChat public account, WeChat video account, and Sina Weibo. As of the end of the summit on March 19th, the number of online viewers exceeded one million.

This year's summit focused on the theme of "AI originated, Three Lives for All", with the purpose of AI serving the people. The summit was divided into a main forum and four parallel sub-forums, including keynote speeches, academic sharing, remote connections, and roundtable discussions, covering various areas such as natural language processing, machine learning, deep learning, machine translation and intelligent understanding, large models, and AIGC. It brought together top academicians, leaders of national ministries and commissions, and industry-leading experts from both China and abroad. The summit focused on discussing the AI innovation applications and achievements of the country's new generation of artificial intelligence in promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of governments and enterprises, large models and AIGC, meta-universe digital life, etc., fostering the development of new AI technologies, products, industries, business forms, and modes, and achieving an overall leap in social productivity and building new meta-universe world with strong artificial intelligence. The summit also explored the latest progress, development trends, and future application prospects of artificial intelligence, and conducted in-depth research and exchange from multiple perspectives such as technology, industry, and policy. The summit specifically focused on how AI technology can empower various industries, and discussed AI innovation applications and future developments of the country's new generation of artificial intelligence.

At the summit, Zhongkehuilian independently developed and released the AiGCP intelligent generation large model platform that uses artificial intelligence technology to generate content, stunning the audience. Other agendas at the summit also included several units, including the China-Austria Artificial Intelligence Belt and Road Joint Laboratory and Beijing Zhongguancun Software Park Development Co., Ltd., signing multiple strategic cooperation agreements with Beijing Zhongkehuilian Technology Co., Ltd. in the artificial intelligence field.

One of the highlights of the March 18 theme forum was the construction of a time-space fully virtual venue, in addition to the real conference site, highlighting the characteristics of immersive intelligent technology and opening the door to the metaverse. The venue was fully virtual, and virtual reality interaction tools were fully utilized to restore the effects of offline exhibition scenes, with diverse and colorful interactions. An online virtual exhibition hall was specially set up, creating a scenario experience space, providing real-time on-site interaction and a panoramic immersive experience.
