Recently, the 2024 Academic Annual Conference of the Digital Economy Committee of the China Electronics and Information Industry Federation and the 5th National Forum on Big Data Management and Business Intelligence Talent Training in Higher Education were successfully held at Hebei North University. The keynote presentation began with an overview of the prospects for large models in government affairs. It covered Huilan Technology Co., Ltd.'s large model product lineup, including Huizheng—Government Services Large Model, Huizhi—Enterprise Services Large Model, Huijin—Financial Services Large Model, and Yangming—Medical Services Large Model. The presentation particularly focused on the application cases of the Huizheng model for government services, providing a detailed explanation of the applications of these four industry-specific models.

In the report, Mr. Qiao mentioned that digitalization in government affairs has entered a rapid development stage. The application of large models in government scenarios can address challenges such as business process optimization, service quality balance, user demand matching, and digital divide, achieving more intelligent and user-friendly public service goals. Based on this, Huilan Technology Co., Ltd. proposed new interactive experience models: Large Models × Digital Humans for optimized interactions in text, voice, and video dialogues; Large Models × Metaverse for new service experiences based on real business scenarios; and Large Models × Data Elements for new situational awareness experiences driven by data-driven decision-making.
