Recently, the exchange event for demonstration cases of the 2024 China International Service Trade Fair (referred to as the Service Trade Fair) was held at the National Convention Center. The event aimed to facilitate dialogue with central enterprises, domestic and foreign-funded companies, and industry guests to jointly explore innovation and development in the service trade sector. During the conference, a total of 100 demonstration cases were released, with 20 exemplary cases selected from global service trade enterprises based on five dimensions: global services, technological innovation, business model innovation, green development, and growth potential. The "Digital Changping: AiMAX Intelligent Asset Management Platform Empowering Government Data Disclosure Platform Construction," jointly developed by Huilan Technology Co., Ltd. and Changping District of Beijing, was honored as a "Demonstration Case of Technological Innovation Services" due to its innovative research and development capabilities and practical applications in areas such as government large models and government data elements. Other leading companies selected include General Electric, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and Baosteel.

During the exchange event, Ai Yinfang, Deputy Director of the China International Economic and Technical Exchange Center of the Ministry of Commerce, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He pointed out that service trade is an important component of the global economy and a key driver of economic growth and social development in various countries. Currently, global service trade is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, and countries should strengthen cooperation to promote the sustainable development of service trade.

Digital Changping: The AiMAX Intelligent Asset Management Platform empowers the construction of a government data disclosure platform, achieving application development, knowledge base organization and classification, and enhancing the intelligent service capabilities of government websites. It enables common question-and-answer data to be sourced from the same origin, data publication interpretation, data querying, and visual data presentation, as well as the concurrent release of document column data. The platform strengthens user behavior analysis and public demand assessment, launching integrated, associated, and intelligent response services for policies, Q&A, and administrative procedures, promoting the convergence and integration of government knowledge bases across various online platforms. It establishes and improves data governance systems and standard frameworks, enhances data aggregation and integration, promotes open sharing and utilization of data, facilitates the lawful and orderly flow of data, fully leverages data as a fundamental resource and innovation engine, improves the scientific level of government decision-making and management service efficiency, and fosters new momentum for economic and social development.
