Recently, at the 2025 China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) Deep Observation Report Conference — "Large Models Rejuvenation: New Scenarios and New Ecosystems" forum, the "2024 Large Model Value New Vision: Scenario Application Panorama Insight Map" was officially released. Huilan Technology Co., Ltd.'s Huizheng Large Model, focused on government services, was included in the map due to its strong capabilities and innovative value in the vertical field of large model applications.
The preparation of this map was carefully planned and led by the East China Branch of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), aiming to gain in-depth insights into the development trends of large model applications and promote industry collaborative innovation. Leveraging the East China Branch's profound expertise in industry research and extensive industry resources, the map focuses on foundational large models and integrates elements such as rich industry corpora, diverse tools, and powerful computing support. It provides a comprehensive view of large model applications across various scenarios, covering multiple levels from smart terminals to urban governance. The map not only clearly demonstrates the maturity and development trends of application scenarios but also effectively promotes inter-industry collaboration and the cultivation of an innovation ecosystem, highlighting the broad and deep applications of large models.
The map focuses on five key areas (scientific intelligence, embodied intelligence, autonomous driving, smart terminals, and the online new economy) and six industries (education, cultural media, finance, healthcare, urban governance, and intelligent manufacturing). Centered around foundational large models, it integrates elements such as rich industry corpora, diverse tools, and powerful computing support to comprehensively present large model applications across various scenarios. Covering multiple levels from smart terminals to urban governance, it clearly showcases the development stages of application scenarios, effectively promoting industry collaboration and the cultivation of an innovation ecosystem, while highlighting the broad and deep application value and uniqueness of large models.
The "Smart Governance Big Model" for government services is developed based on the AiGCP intelligent generation platform by Huilan Technology Co., Ltd.. This model is trained, fine-tuned, and enhanced with reinforcement learning on a large set of high-quality government datasets, boasting hundreds of billions of parameters. It is a trustworthy domestic model certified by China's information security standards, and is capable of achieving integrated training and inference.
