Based on the No.15 document census index, Huilan adopts cloud computing technology, intelligent collection and search technology, mass storage technology and high-performance statistical analysis technology to build a cloud monitoring platform for the government website of China Union of science and technology, to realize the data collection, data processing and data analysis functions for the government websites at all levels in China, to provide the website census tools for the government websites at all levels, and for the single veto index , monitor the website availability, information update, interactive response and service availability for timely warning and alarm.
